1. Open the registration form in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. Print the form.
3. Fill in the requested information.
4. Put the completed form in a sealed envelope with “Linda” marked on it.
5. Put envelope in collection basket or drop in the mail slot in the wall just east of the big tree
with a slide or drop off in the office.
