Outreach

THE OUTREACH COMMITTEE envisions Saint Pius X to be a community which applies its evolving Faith beliefs to social, community, and public issues. The Committee concerns itself with interfaith relations, aid to the disadvantaged, and the needs of the community at large. The primary objective of this committee is to study, propose, coordinate, and implement programs designed to aid in elevating human dignity. This committee recognizes social outreach as an essential part of the parish mission through sharing of our resources beyond the needs of our own parish; toward these ends, it is concerned with social action and political awareness.
